Thermotech manufactures vacuum processing systems and special thermal systems. In late 1998, Thermotech began offering service for the Lee Wilson brand Bell Annealers and component supplies to service the batch annealing market. Large bell furnaces are ideal for strip products, or very large loads, especially for the annealing of steel strip, rod and wire, aluminum, brass, and associated industries.
Thermotech offers the latest technology in Hydrogen Annealing for bell furnaces. The patented and proven "Perfect" vacuum seal offers a unique, added level of safety and piece of mind. In addition, the gas-tight annealing base design is superior in construction and design to the older designs being supplied in the market. Combined with simplicity, Thermotech's Hydrogen Annealing technology is not only the most advanced system available, it also is the most unique, and is now manufactured by the leader in new technology - Thermotech Industries, Inc.

New and advanced, but tried and proven, describe Thermotech's Bell Annealing product line best. For over 65 years the Lee Wilson name has served the Annealing industry with innovation and quality.
Thermotech has sold a number of unique gas-fired vacuum furnaces for annealing mesh wire and brass alloy wire, as well as general heat treating. The latest vacuum furnace design includes Hydrogen processing to add uniformity, speed heating and cooling, and keep the product bright. Hydrogen Annealing with gas-fired vacuum furnaces is new and is now possible due to Thermotech's employee's experience with Hydrogen annealers.
Thermotech has access to an experimental Hydrogen/Vacuum annealing installation to further test and advance the state of clean processing large loads, including stainless steels.
